SHIPPING 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend. Whether you're picking up a single tag or a lead and collar set, shipping is always on us.

Is shipping tracked?

Orders that include collars or leads come with tracked shipping by default. Tag-only purchases are shipped without tracking, but you can add tracked shipping at checkout if preferred.

How long will my order take to ship?

Since every item is made to order, please allow 1–2 business days for your item to be crafted before shipping. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3-8 business days after dispatch. For faster delivery, express shipping can be added at checkout. For orders containing collars and/or leads, you’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Australia only. If you're outside Australia and would like to place an order, please reach out, we’d love to help.

Can I upgrade to tracked shipping for tag-only orders?

Yes, tracked shipping is available as an add-on at checkout for tag-only purchases.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

I do my best to pack everything securely, but if your order arrives damaged or not quite right, get in touch within 7 days with a photo, and I’ll make it right.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out via our contact page and we’ll do our best to make it right.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order included tracking, check your tracking link for updates. For untracked orders, please allow a little extra time. If it’s been more than 15 business days, feel free to reach out via our contact page.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Because my items are made-to-order, I can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if something’s wrong with your order, please reach out - I’m here to help and want you to love your item.
